Compare plansHands-on help when your systems need it, and strategic guidance before they do.
This is the foundation of what we do: experienced engineers who diagnose problems, set systems up correctly, keep them maintained, and advise you on where your technology should go next.
We talk about results, not acronyms. A slow network is a productivity problem. An unsupported server is a business-continuity risk. A messy software estate is a licensing liability. Our job is to identify the underlying issue, fix it properly, and explain what we did in terms that make sense to the people running the business.
Engagements can be a single visit, a defined project, or a block of pre-paid hours you draw on as needed. Many clients start here and move to a managed services plan once they see the value of proactive support.
Troubleshooting
Rapid diagnosis and repair of hardware, software, network, and performance issues, on site or remotely, with root-cause notes so the problem does not recur.
System setup
New workstations, servers, printers, and network equipment installed, configured to your standards, joined to your environment, and documented.
Maintenance
Scheduled updates, hardware health checks, storage and backup verification, and clean-up that keep systems fast, secure, and supportable.
Strategic guidance
Technology assessments, refresh planning, budgeting, and vendor-neutral advice that align IT spending with business priorities.
What's included in a professional services engagement
- Initial consultation and scope. A written statement of work with fixed pricing or an agreed hourly rate before any work begins.
- Qualified engineers. Work is performed by our own staff, not subcontractors, with vendor escalation available through our partnerships.
- Hardware and software sourcing. Anything the engagement requires can be supplied through our wholesale division at volume pricing.
- Out-of-hours scheduling. Deployments and disruptive maintenance are planned around your business hours at no premium for pre-scheduled work.
- Documentation. Configurations, network diagrams, credentials, and asset inventories are handed over at the end of every project.
- User handover and training. Short, practical training so staff can use what was installed from day one.
- Post-project warranty. A 90-day workmanship warranty on all project work.
- A named account manager. One person who knows your environment and coordinates everything on your behalf.
Proactive IT management for a predictable monthly fee.
Instead of paying to fix problems after they cost you a day of productivity, a managed services agreement puts monitoring, maintenance, and support in place to prevent them, with response times written into a service-level agreement.
24/7 monitoring
Servers, network devices, backups, and endpoints are monitored around the clock. Alerts are triaged by engineers, and many issues are resolved before anyone at your office notices.
Helpdesk
Staff contact our helpdesk by phone, email, or the customer portal. Tickets are logged, prioritized, and tracked to resolution with clear communication throughout.
Maintenance and patching
Operating-system and application updates are tested and applied on a schedule, closing security gaps and keeping software supported and compliant.
Remote support
Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes using secure remote-access tools, keeping your staff working without waiting for a site visit.
On-site support
When hands are needed on hardware, field technicians attend within the response window in your agreement. Scheduled on-site days are available for larger sites.
Service-level agreements
Response and resolution targets are defined by priority and reported monthly. You see exactly how we performed, not just that we were busy.
Compare managed services plans
Plans are scoped per user or per device. Every plan includes a named account manager, quarterly reviews, and access to wholesale pricing on hardware and software. Pricing is confirmed after a short assessment of your environment.

Layered protection that keeps operations running and reduces business risk.
A single security incident can stop a business for days, expose client data, and trigger regulatory penalties. Our cybersecurity services put practical, layered controls in place and give leadership documented evidence that they are working.
Endpoint protection
Managed next-generation antivirus, device encryption, and application control on every workstation and laptop. Threats are detected and contained centrally, so one infected device does not become a company-wide outage.
Network security
Business-grade firewalls, secure remote access, network segmentation, and wireless security configured and monitored by our engineers. Attackers who reach the perimeter are stopped there, not inside your file server.
Backup and disaster recovery
Automated local and off-site backups with tested restores and a documented recovery plan. If ransomware, hardware failure, or human error strikes, you know exactly how long recovery takes, because we have proven it.
Threat prevention
Email filtering, multi-factor authentication, patch management, and staff security-awareness training address the entry points behind the majority of real-world breaches.
Compliance alignment
Gap assessments, policies, technical controls, and evidence collection aligned to HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 readiness, and other frameworks relevant to your industry, so audits become routine rather than a crisis.
Security assessment
A fixed-price review of your current posture, covering vulnerability scanning, configuration review, and a prioritized remediation plan with cost estimates, is the recommended starting point for most organizations.
How this protects your operations
- Less downtime. Prevention and rapid containment mean incidents are measured in minutes, not days of lost production.
- Lower financial exposure. Reduced likelihood of ransom demands, recovery costs, regulatory fines, and lost contracts.
- Client and partner confidence. Documented controls satisfy the security questionnaires that larger customers increasingly require before signing.
- Insurance readiness. Many cyber-insurance policies now require MFA, backups, and endpoint protection. We help you meet those conditions.
Compliance frameworks we work with
- HIPAA
- PCI DSS
- SOC 2 readiness

Request a security assessmentThe right infrastructure for each workload: cloud, on-premises, or both.
We design and manage the servers, storage, virtualization, and networking that your applications depend on, and we help you decide which workloads belong in the cloud and which are better kept on site.
There is no single right answer. Some organizations save money and gain resilience by moving fully to the cloud; others have licensing, latency, or regulatory reasons to keep systems local. Our recommendations are based on your applications, your users, and your budget, and because we supply the hardware as well as the cloud subscriptions, we have no incentive to push you either way.
Cloud migration
Planned moves of email, files, applications, and servers to leading cloud platforms, with minimal disruption, data validation, and user training on the new environment.
Server management
Design, deployment, and ongoing administration of physical and virtual servers, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle replacement.
Virtualization
Consolidate physical servers into a resilient virtual platform that improves utilization, simplifies backup, and makes recovery from hardware failure fast.
Networking
Structured cabling, core and edge switching, business Wi-Fi, firewalls, SD-WAN, and site-to-site links that are designed for growth and documented properly.
Storage
Shared storage, network-attached storage, and cloud storage tiers sized for performance and retention needs, with backup and archiving built into the design.
Hybrid environments
Secure integration between on-premises systems and cloud services: identity, networking, and backup that work as one environment rather than two.

Common questions about our services
Do we have to sign a long-term contract for managed services?
Standard managed services agreements run for 12, 24, or 36 months, with longer terms attracting better per-user pricing. Month-to-month arrangements are available for smaller environments. Project and professional services work is quoted per engagement with no ongoing commitment.
Can you work alongside our existing internal IT staff?
Yes. Many clients use us to complement an internal team, providing after-hours coverage, specialist skills such as security or cloud, or additional hands during large projects. We agree on a clear division of responsibilities and share documentation so nothing falls between the two teams.
What areas do you serve for on-site work?
On-site services are delivered directly by our field technicians in Local, national, and international. For national and international locations we combine remote engineering with vetted local partners or travelling staff, depending on the project. Remote support and monitoring are available anywhere with an internet connection.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Response targets depend on priority and plan. Critical, business-stopping issues on Professional and Enterprise plans are responded to within 60 minutes or less, around the clock. Routine requests are typically handled the same business day. Every target is written into your agreement and reported monthly.
Do you supply the hardware and software your projects require?
Yes. Our wholesale distribution division supplies laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, and software licensing at volume pricing, so a single quote can cover both the products and the work to deploy them. You are also free to supply your own equipment, and we will install and support it. Our online ordering portal for wholesale accounts is coming soon.
