Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of this website and the supply of products and services by GoldenTech KSA.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or submitting a request, order, or account application to GoldenTech KSA L.L.C., doing business as GoldenTech KSA ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Where a signed master services agreement, statement of work, or wholesale account agreement exists between us, that document prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, scrape content in bulk, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion to protect the site or other users. Content on the site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific circumstances.
3. Quotes are not offers
Prices, availability, and lead times shown on this site or provided in a quote are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. A quote is an invitation for you to place an order. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, normally 30 days, and are subject to product availability, manufacturer pricing, currency movements, and credit approval at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before an order is accepted.
4. Pricing and availability
All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Wholesale pricing tiers depend on account type and purchase volume and may be reviewed periodically. Stock availability changes frequently; where an item becomes unavailable after order, we will offer an equivalent alternative, a revised lead time, or cancellation of the affected line without charge. Product images and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and may differ slightly from the goods supplied.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is placed when you submit a purchase order or written confirmation referencing a valid quote. A contract for the supply of goods or services is formed only when we issue an order acknowledgment or begin fulfilment, whichever is earlier. We may decline any order, for example where credit checks are unsatisfactory, products are export-restricted, or the order contains errors. Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns policy; configure-to-order, special-order, and software or subscription products may be non-cancellable once ordered.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specify, and title passes when we receive payment in full. You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of shortages, damage, or discrepancies within the period stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Payment terms
Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch. Approved credit accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice date. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month and suspend deliveries or services while an account is in arrears. You are responsible for any bank charges, taxes, or duties applicable to your payment or jurisdiction. Disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
8. Services
Managed services, projects, and professional services are delivered according to the scope, deliverables, and service levels described in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. You agree to provide timely access, information, and cooperation reasonably needed to perform the services. Where work depends on third-party products, platforms, or your existing environment, we are not responsible for defects or limitations in those third-party elements.
9. Software and licensing
Software is supplied subject to the publisher's license terms, which you accept by installing or using the software. We resell licenses; we do not grant them. You are responsible for using software in accordance with those terms and for maintaining licensing compliance in your environment, except where we have been engaged to manage licensing on your behalf.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to GoldenTech KSA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party trademarks and product names appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Documentation, configurations, and materials we create in the course of delivering services remain our property unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, and you receive a licence to use them for your internal purposes.
11. Warranties
Hardware and software are covered by the manufacturer's or publisher's warranty as described on our Warranty page. Services are performed with reasonable skill and care, and we will re-perform any services that fail to meet that standard if notified within 90 days. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied, are excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, or costs of procuring substitute goods or services, however arising. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods or services giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the event. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data unless we are expressly contracted to do so.
13. Confidentiality and data
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the business relationship. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf as part of a service, a data processing agreement will apply.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer or distributor shortages, carrier disruption, natural disasters, government action, or failures of public utilities or telecommunications. Delivery dates will be extended accordingly.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and the courts of King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer or local law that applies. Before commencing proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion between senior representatives.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms, together with any applicable quote, order acknowledgment, and signed agreement, form the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; changes apply to orders placed after the revision date.
